What is Gestalt Therapy?
Gestalt Therapy is an approach to mental wellness that helps people resolve past conflicts and become more present. It can help people address symptoms of mental health conditions.
Gestalt therapy is built upon two central ideas: that the most helpful focus of psychotherapy is the experiential present moment, and that everyone is caught in webs of relationships; thus, it is only possible to know ourselves against the background of our relationships with others.

What is REBT?
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) is a branch of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. REBT is an active-directive, action-oriented approach to psychotherapy for managing cognitive, emotional, and behavioural disturbances. It has been proven effective with various emotional as well as behavioural issues. REBT helps an individual in identifying self-defeating thoughts and feelings, challenging the rationality an individual might be holding, and replacing them with healthier, more productive attitudes and thoughts.
The REBT solution involves actively showing one how to adopt specific, adaptive beliefs about oneself, other people and world conditions so that they do not continue to disturb themselves about these things.
