Didn’t realise what a power words are until i completed this course.
Words have a special processing in the short term and long term memories. Effective use of them using techniques friendly to human memory structure, could work wonders in helping humans solve their problems.
Beautifully focused on the importance of communication skills a therapist should have.
A few more examples and a few exercises after each module would have helped us to practice each pattern before learning the new one.
Otherwise, the way the trainer explained, the simplicity and lucidity of entire curriculum was exemplary.
