Very informative
Informative
It was informative. Lots of learning. Both the speakers have done a great job. Thank you 🙏🏻 so much. Looking forward for more sessions and courses.
I recently completed the Eclectic Psychotherapy course by ICHARS, and honestly, it was one of the best learning experiences I’ve had in the field of psychology. The course doesn’t just throw theories at you—it actually teaches you how to apply different approaches like CBT, REBT, NLP, and Hypnotherapy in real client situations. That flexibility was a huge plus for me.
What I appreciated most was how well-structured everything was. The facilitators were incredibly supportive, approachable, and clear in their teaching. The hands-on practice sessions and case discussions really helped build my confidence as a therapist.
If you’re a psychology student or a new therapist looking to develop a practical, client-centered approach, I would definitely recommend this course. It’s not just informative—it’s transformative.
I really loved the sessions. I’m so glad i joined ichars. Nithin sir explains really well ♥️. Thank you so much for this great experience 🙏
Looking up for more such free internships
Nice work
1st Module
The video presentation is excellent and beautiful one, initiating the therapist into the eclectic approach to therapy to help the client person who understand the existence of a problem; but wants to move from a current position to the new desired position. This module in general presents that different approaches would be of great benefit for the therapist and the client to have a desired outcome.
Integration of different technologies, skills, enable effective change in the person’s conscious and unconscious level to live better idea. This approach may not be boring either the therapist or the client I feel .On the other hand both will learn something new, withe new experiences with new rapport
2nd module,
The different therapies has its own merits and demerits on its own in bringing about a change in the client. Behavioural therapy speak of how our thoughts, feelings, emotions cause behaviour changes and how they could be changed with conditioning. Cognitive Approach tells us how to utilize the intellligence in a structuted way to replace the old thoughts with the new thoughts with great insight. Psychoanalysis shows the distorted verssion of a person with 3 components as ID, EGO and superego and their role in modifying the behaviors of a person. Humanistic approach places before us the person and the importance of a person as a gestalt and not as parts. The eclectic approach is the use of. combination of all depending upon the need of a client with the layer on which the client is stuck and the role of the therapist to enable the client in identifying , understanding, becoming awareof, insights gained , interpretation, finding a solurion to go forward in life in a positive mannner .
Very glad to be part of this internship😊
