Participating in the online internship on the eclectic approach to psychotherapy has been a deeply enriching experience. The program offers a well-rounded curriculum that integrates various therapeutic techniques and models, allowing for a flexible and client-centered approach to treatment. The course material is thoughtfully curated, blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications, which has greatly enhanced my understanding and skills as a therapist.
The emphasis on personalization in therapy—drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, and more—was particularly valuable. This internship also provided ample opportunities for hands-on practice and real-world case studies, which helped in solidifying the concepts.
Moreover, the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative learning environment. The inclusion of technology and digital tools in therapy was an added bonus, equipping us with modern resources to enhance our practice.
Examples, cases made it so much easier and fun to study. The coursework of summarizing and submitting notes helped and was super effective.
The course was a very informative one throughout. There were many aspects that were new and the concepts were clearly explained in a descriptive but easy to understand manner. Concepts like CBT, REBT, PTSD, Behaviour theory, Defence mechanisms etc were covered in great detail and I got to learn it’s practical applications.
learned in depth about psychoanalysis and therapy methods.
wonderful episodes, Nitin sir is an absolutely great teacher and mentor. All the topics are wonderfully explained with very relatable examples.
Excellent
Very good course
This course helped me learn about how hypnosis can be used together with out treatment approaches.
I recently completed a 1-month internship course with ICHARS, and it was a transformative experience. The program is incredibly well-structured, with a clear focus on practical application and skill development, which is often missing in more theoretical courses. The instructors were knowledgeable and approachable, offering guidance on various therapeutic techniques in a way that was easy to grasp and highly engaging.
One of the highlights for me was the hands-on learning approach. We weren’t just listening to lectures but actively engaging in exercises, role-plays, and real-world scenarios that allowed me to apply what I was learning. The course covered a broad range of tools and methods, particularly around CBT, NLP, and hypnotherapy, which has given me a solid foundation for a career in therapy.
The internship also fostered a collaborative environment. The small class size and interactive sessions allowed for personalized feedback and the chance to learn from fellow participants’ experiences. I found the support resources, including the online platform and follow-up sessions, invaluable for continuous learning even after the course ended.
Overall, I highly recommend this internship to anyone looking to strengthen their skills in therapy and coaching. It’s a worthwhile investment in professional growth and has equipped me with both the confidence and the competence to advance my career in psychology.
